Not knowing what to expect over 250,000 Floridians seek shelters around the state in Category 5 Government built Structures such as Highschools etc. Over 800,000 Floridians have been without power.
As over 7 million people a historical number for the State of Florida evacuated the state a couple of days, while they flee a monstrous Hurricane Irma. Yesterday Morning, Miami-Dade County Mayor Carlos A. Giménez said there are still over 25,000 residents seeking shelter in the Miami Dade areas and numbers increase around the State of Florida.
At 3:38 am Sunday Morning September 10, Heavy Winds floods downtown Miami, over 3 to 4 inches says CBS Miami reporter as wind gusts already at 50 miles per hour.

Curfews Counties and Cities in South Florida
Counties include Broward, Flagler, Orange, Palm Beach, Volusia, and Seminole. The cities of Miami, Miami Beach, North Miami Beach, Homestead, Key Biscayne, Melbourne Beach, Coral Springs, and Coral Gables also issued curfews.

Seeking shelter is a necessity as the emergency responders took shelter a few hours before or the night before. It is unsure how that first response individual posing for a photo is present are not the wind suppose to be be life threatening after all is it not the winds that made the vehicle flip. Should he not be in evacuation. Also it was reported today that a Hardee County, Florida, sheriff's deputy was one of two people killed in a car accident Sunday morning as Hurricane Irma creeped in.
