The Earth is Quietly Tilting 

The Planet Tilt trend is becoming a fact accepted by most media. Some of the causes are due to the Planet 9. As a result  the tropic of cancer has been more closely monitored and since 2011 a public keeping records has slowly disappered . As the evidence of the Earth tilting become more of a strong proof than a weaker one. One place that has kept a close eye of just how much the tropic of cancer has changed is in Mexico.The tropic of cancer in Mexico is being marked from 2005 and each year it seems to be moving. It is happening all around the world. While Mexican authorities were keeping track of the North of the Equator line, the Indigenous people are among the first  too say that the Earth's Sun is no longer rising where it use to. As denoted in the 2014 article "Earth Has Shifted" - Inuit Elders Issue Warning To NASA And The World" that the Earth has shifted.

Gathering Proof is simply put but what is causing the Earth to shift has yet to be determined. In January 8, 2017 The Leak Project discusses papers presented at Caltech University, regarding a Giant Planet tilting our Entire Solar System by American Astronomer Michael E. Brown. ( watch video )

History of the Tropic of Cancer

The Tropic of Cancer, also referred to as the Northern Tropic, is currently 23°26′13.3″ (or 23.43703°) north of the Equator. It is the most northerly circle of latitude on the Earth at which the Sun can be directly overhead. This occurs on the June solstice, when the Northern Hemisphere is tilted toward the Sun to its maximum extent..

Its Southern Hemisphere counterpart, marking the most southerly position at which the Sun can be directly overhead, is the Tropic of Capricorn. These tropics are two of the five major circles of latitude that mark maps of the Earth, besides the Arctic and Antarctic Circles and the Equator. The positions of these two circles of latitude (relative to the Equator) are dictated by the tilt of the Earth's axis of rotation relative to the plane of its orbit.

When this line of latitude was named some 2,000 years ago, the Sun was in the constellation Cancer (Latin for crab) at the June solstice, the time each year that the Sun reaches its zenith at this latitude. Due to the Precession of the equinoxes, this is no longer the case; today the Sun is in Taurus at the June solstice. The word "tropic" itself comes from the Greek "trope (τροπή)", meaning turn (change of direction, or circumstances), inclination, referring to the fact that the Sun appears to "turn back" at the solstices.

According to Roberto Gonzalez "Of all crossings of the Tropic of Cancer with Mexican federal highways, this is the only place at carretera Zaragoza-Victoria where the line is marked with precision and history of the annual movement since 2005 and 2010.

Climate Chaos/ The Tilting of the Planet by BPEarthwatch

On May 9, 2017 Youtuber BP Earthwatch, describes it in the video  entitled "Climate Chaos/ The Tilting of the Planet" below in detail. In the video, he described the  tropic of cancer line moving 14.4 meters per year. The Tropic of Cancer markings in the Mexican side starts in 2005 and ends to the year of 2011. So the major earth's changes are undetermined from 2011 to 2017, that is six years of no public recording.
