New Earthquakes in Odd Places
It is not uncommon but strange earthquake trends are occurring around the world.  In Canada, perhaps you may think just British Columbia has earthquakes, the truth is, that Canada has very dormant volcanoes. Sometimes they can do little hiccups from Manitoba, Ontario and Quebec. They have all been felt within the past decades and are become more frequent. On October 7, 2017 Ottawa received a small quake a decent 2.1 magnitude. So  today s 3.1 magnitude in  Quebec is a higher magnitude that should be paid attention to. Both small quakes are in the same area and very close to water or rivers.
