Will the Coronavirus come through a Pop Can Bought From a Store?

A couple of days ago, an amazon employee at its headquarters tested positive. Immediately the media reported on it.
So Why is part of the Brampton Ontario Coke Bottling Facility being disinfected? On March 12 2020 the story broke out of how an employee testing positive from the Coronovirus, 'Coke Canada halting some production after worker tests positive for COVID-19'. The Coke Canada plant is at 15 Westcreek Blvd., west of Tomken Road. The infected person was a clerical worker in Coke Canada and did not come close the bottling section. However this does not mean that someone who was near the infected , transmitted the virus to someone that was working in it.
So Is it safe not taking precautions during a Pandemic?
While yesterday PM Justin Trudeau said he was not going to be tested for the Covid-19 despite the fact that his kids and himself are in self-isolation. Not taking the proper precaution when his wife did test positive and is currently in quarantine.
And yet one of the members of the Five Eyes of Intelligence met last week and is now infected with Covid-19. The Five Eyes of Intelligence are the United Kingdom, Australia, United States, Canada, and New Zealand . And Autralia's Peter Dutton has tested positive and may have spread it to the others around him. On March 5, 2020 a photograph was taken next of him being next to U.S President's daughter Ivanka Trump. Despite being in contact with Peter Dutton an article by The Guardian says Ivanka will not go in self quarantine.
Meanwhile, the Texas politician Ted Cruz has extended his isolation period since learning he was in contact on March 3 2020 with a Spanish politician who is now positive with the virus.
During the Pandemic Spanish Flu despite the lockdowns one person was spreading the germs faster than ever, the mailman. So is it possible that the virus this time can come through some merchandise bought from a store.
Places like in Winnipeg Canada, the bus transit system so does not see a need to disinfect the public buses. On March 14, 2020 there has been so far been 4 cases in Winnipeg. A rise of one virus per day since the virus was first exposed by a Philipina woman traveling from the Philipines.
The Pearson Airport looks as if it is closed because no one seems to be heading in that direction anyways out of precaution not fear.
And in Winnipeg, the School System is not taking precautionary measurements leaving next week still open for students to attend school. From March 15, 2020 to March 23, 2020 Winnipeg Schools will remain open which will put children at risk to catch the virus.
It is hard to tell if an item purchased from a Store Shelf will be have a virus attached to it or not? As thousands of people can walk across it, and chances are it would have to have some kind of virus on it.
So when a person or organisation is not taking the proper precautions one can say it is negligence because they are putting others at risk ?
The good news is that it sounds like the testing is a voluntary thing and we still live in a society where forcing us to do something is still in our power and the PM of Canada Justin Trudeau and Ivanka Trump are showing us so.
