Keeping Healthy is so important for your mental health. Keeping moving is the goal this week. While at Miami Beach what I loved the most was beginning early in the morning right along Miami beach shore people were up walking, running, or cycling. All ages everyone cared for their bodies.
Walking on Collins Ave. Is not for everyone. Expect to be soaked sun baked or relaxed. Coming from Canada the sun during March does not get warm until 2 pm. While at Miami swim week the sun was up by 9 am. Expect hot weather and no chance of relaxation. The sun rises at 8 am so if you want to go for a long walk its best to wake up early. While I started my walk at south beachside on Collins avenue at 8:30 am it was not good enough.
