I always wondered how do Meteorologists or atmospheric scientists know what is going to happen in 15 days from now. They call it forecasting but is it really a cast or a manipulation? 

Strategic Aerosol Injections or cloud seeding?  Solar Geoengineering ?  Lead dioxide, silver iodide, diotomite and sulphur dioxide ?

Who does the Cloud Seeding?

The meteorologist is the director of operations mission and through its decision making process several factors come into play  such as local atmospheric conditions, weather forecasts, seeding suspension criteria, and aircraft safety concerns.

Ever look up at the sky and see odd shapes of white trails from different airplanes. Those are not just fumes left behind from airplanes after all airplanes do not drive criss cross from one another. Those are chemtrails. For years weather manipulation has been a topic people do not want to discuss. The people of  New Hampshire did not allow their skies to be dark and gloomy anymore. At the legislation they banned Stratospheric Aerosol Injection. A hamful practise that pollutes the environment, insects and other living organism just to control the weather. House Bill 1700 HB 1700-FN, also known as "The Clean Atmosphere Preservation Act, it states:

the bill prohibits activities such as weather modification, cloud seeding, and excessive electromagnetic radio frequency and microwave radiation. It also prohibits stratospheric aerosol injection (SAI) and other forms of geoengineering that involve the intentional release of polluting emissions. 

Another State in April 1, 2024, was Tennessee.The Tennessee's governor, Republican Bill Lee amended the bill SB 2691/HB 2063. According to NBC News:

The bill, which had already passed in the state Senate, covers a variety of technological interventions. They include theoretical ideas about cooling the climate by an approach known as solar radiation modification, as well as more limited practices that affect the weather, like cloud seeding, a technique used to increase rain and snowfall. 

Written in the bill "to ensure the safety of the public" and included in the article called "Bans the practice of geoengineering and weather modification":

The intentional injection, release, or dispersion, by any means, of chemicals,chemical compounds, substances, or apparatus within the borders of this state into the atmosphere with the express purpose of affecting temperature, weather, or the intensity of the sunlight is prohibited.

If you see criss cross in the sky watch how long for the chemicals to come down. See how long until the weather warms up the next day leaving the sky cloudy. If you care about your environment do something about it and contact your government officials that you do not want the harm to continue.

One doctor of the pilots from the United States Department of Defence’s National Security Agency (“NSA”) and Fort Carson who were flying aircrafts and spraying chemtrails said in a speech in 2006 about Chemtrails containing mycobacteria, viruses, Pseudomonas bacteria and human plasma. His name is Dr. William Deagle whom said that  the chemtrails contained barium salts, mycobacteria, viruses, Pseudomonas bacteria and human plasma. (59 min) "Barium salts is 10,000 times more toxic to your nervous system than lead". The purpose is to introduce Morgellons.  What is Morgellons? He explained that Morgellons are silicon-based nanomachine life forms that do not originate on planet Earth.  “This is a silicon-based life form that is intelligent like bees or ants and it fights back,” he said. He continued:

Conversion of the atmosphere to a plasma for weather modification, geotectonic warfare, scalar mind control technologies, the woodpecker, which has been discovered in the 70s, HAARP, the tetra system in the United Kingdom, the Gwenn towers in the United States and the Iridium Satellite system connected to the cell towers and smart highways are all based on not only a signal to track you ..

In  September 2005,  a book published by Garth Nicolson and Nancy Nicolson called Project Day Lily an american biological warfare tragedy where 150,000 veterans suffered chronic illnesses and tens of thousands "died without acknowledgment or proper assistance to keep secret the origin of their illnesses." During the Gulf War missiles and sprayers contained chemical and biological mixtures in which the veterans were exposed to as well as contaminated vaccines. Describing true events the book is dedicated to the "memory of Dr. Fred Conrad (Colonel, USAF, retired) and five other academic colleagues who died under mysterious circumstances while investigating aspects of the alleged illegal testing of Biological Weapons in Texas hospitals, nursing homes and prisons." Also known as the Gulf War Syndrome.

In 2015, the european parliment also brought up the same topic about aircrafts taken off from the San Javier Military and spraying chemicals such as lead dioxide, silver iodide and diotomite into the atmosphere. Citizens complained about respiratory illness as well as droughts in the area. The opposite happend in Dubai In April 2024. Just like in Spain, the Reports came from the meteorologist in Dubai. At the UAE’s National Centre for Meteorology (NCM); they were saying Dubai had flown six or seven cloud-seeding flights before the rains started.

So far there are eight states in the United States that use weather manipulation to fight megadrought.

In 1962, there was a U.S Government Project  called Stormfury  the goal was to weaken hurricanes through cloud seeding. The cloud seeding was done by "injecting silver iodide into the eyewalls of hurricanes in an attempt to disrupt their structure and reduce their intensity. "

With more than 600 highly-skilled scientists, engineers, workers and founded in 1959 according to Desert Research Institute (DRI) company that creates cloud seeding program in Nevada and around the world:

Cloud seeding can be done from ground-based generators or aircraft. The DRI Cloud Seeding Research Program primarily uses ground-based generators, which are designed and built by DRI and can be operated remotely. In the Carson and Walker River basins, DRI also conducts cloud seeding from a subcontracted seeding aircraft.

Most cloud seeding operations, including those run by DRI, use a compound called silver iodide (AgI) to aid in the formation of ice crystals. Silver iodide exists naturally in the environment at low concentrations, and is not known to be harmful to humans or wildlife.

When storm systems move through one of our cloud seeding project areas, a solution containing a small amount of silver iodide is burned from ground-based generators or released from aircraft. Upon reaching the cloud, the silver iodide acts as an ice forming nuclei to aid in the production of snowflakes.

The North Dakota Cloud Modification Project (NDCMP) is an operational program that seeds clouds for hail damage reduction and rain enhancement in western North Dakota. It names the counties currently participating in the program are Bowman, McKenzie, Mountrail, Williams, and part of Slope. Who created the project? As it is stated that the Department of Water Resources (DWR) was created in 2021 by Legislative action. It has the authority to investigate, plan, construct, and develop water-related projects,.

In Utah the cloud seeding program is contracted out to Sandy-based North American Weather Consultants.It was founded in the 1980s calling itself world’s longest standing private weather modification company.

Mexico has banned solar engineering as of January 2023. It is an experiment to block sunlight to cool the planet. It is done by releasing up to 500 grams of sulphur dioxide into the atmosphere. Making Sunset is one companies that was involved in that solar engineering assignment. So what is next around the worl? Is the world in danger when and how people like Bill Gates invests in solar engineering.
